All $25 goes directly to scholarships.

如何订购

  1. 透过车管所网上查询
    • Select 换盘子 then complete the 验证步骤.
    • Under plate information for "I want to order a", choose 特别组牌.
    • If you wish to personalize your plate, select 是. Otherwise select 否.
    • For plate type, choose 犹他谷大学.
    • 继续通过付款和提交。

  1. 通过车管所的邮件： Mail the following to the DMV: note indicating your desire to obtain the Utah Valley University collegiate plate, copy of your current vehicle registration, and check (add $4 for postage and handling to the non-personalized or personalized plates cost listed above). If you desire personalized plates, include a completed tc - 817表格 (in section 3 check the 犹他特别组板块 box and type/write 犹他谷大学). Find the mailing address at dmv.utah.gov /板/ uvu.
  2. 在车管所： 申请犹他谷大学的特殊团体车牌。 Bring a copy of the most recent vehicle registration, license plate number, or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
  3. 在经销商处： When purchasing a car, ask the dealership to check “Other” in Section 4 of the 车辆申请犹他州标题 and fill in the blank line with “犹他谷大学.” All Utah car dealerships have the ability to request UVU plates for a buyer.
