The reauthorized Carl D. 珀金斯 职业与技术教育 Act through the Strengthening 职业与技术教育 for the 21st Century Act (珀金斯 V) has a purpose to develop more fully the academic knowledge and technical and employability skills of secondary education students and post secondary education students who elect to enroll in career and technical education programs and programs of study.
