This 3.5-week intensive tour immerses students in the architecture, art, and history of Greece, Florence, and Rome from ancient to modern times. Most class instruction occurs on site, at major archaeological sites and museums in Crete, Athens and its surroundings, and the Peloponnese. 学生 will engage in guided field trips to places such as Sounio, Aigosthena, Mycenae, Nafplio, Bassai, Olympia, Delphi, Florence, and Rome. They will also engage with scientists working on major restoration projects and digs, ultimately developing a profound understanding of the contributions of Greco- Roman civilization and Renaissance and Baroque Italy to our modern artistic, engineering, and political world.

学生 on study abroad must be able to independently navigate in a foreign country and be able to follow specific instructions. This may include figuring out and using public transportation, making their way through airports, negotiating large crowds, and making smart decisions related to their own safety in unfamiliar circumstances.
