让自己沉浸在从古代到流行文化的日本语言和文化中。 During the four weeks in this beautiful county, students will experience listening and speaking the Japanese language in real life situations. They will improve their language skills with host families and local people, including local university students.
该项目位于日本中部的名古屋。 Nagoya has a rich history of shoguns such as Tokugawa Ieyasu, Oda Nobunaga, and Toyotomi Hideyoshi. It is also the birth place of such global companies as Toyota, Brother, Pilot Ink, and Noritake.
In Nagoya, students will visit old castles, Ghibli Park, museums, gardens, temples, shrines, old and new marketplaces, and a local festival.
At the end of three weeks in Nagoya, we will travel to Hiroshima, Kyoto, Nara, and Tokyo. The students will explore the ancient culture in Nara and Kyoto guided by local university students, visit the Atomic Bomb Dome and beautiful Miyajima in Hiroshima, and discover old and futuristic Tokyo.

学生 on study abroad must be able to independently navigate in a foreign country and be able to follow specific instructions. This may include figuring out and using public transportation, making their way through airports, negotiating large crowds, and making smart decisions related to their own safety in unfamiliar circumstances.
