我们将于周一开始接受2026年春季班的护理人员申请2025年7月1日。

 There is a non-refundable 护理人员 applic在ion fee of $26 (includes 3% transaction fee).

在申请护理人员课程之前，您必须完成以下内容：

Apply for and be admitted as an 本科学位申请 student to 犹他谷大学. *这里应用*
（请注意，转学分评估可能需要4-5周的时间，这会耽误你的入学时间。） 

申请进入护理人员计划的先决条件：

•您必须年满18岁，并持有有效的驾驶执照。
• You must have Utah EMT and current CPR certific在ion. Must keep certific在ion current during the course you are applying for.

完成学术要求：

• An在omy and Physiology (transfer credit accepted) with a grade of C or higher: ZOOL 1090 or ZOOL 2320 and ZOOL 2420 with labs. Biology 1010 is a prerequisite for ZOOL 1090.
• MAT 1020 or MAT 0980 with a C- grade or higher or placement into MAT 1015 or MAT 1035 (QL), with valid scores in亚历克斯 19+ or scores in ACT 17+ or SAT 510+. 
•ENGL 1005， C级或更高，或进入ENGL 1010（有效考试成绩） 

         *Highly Recommended to complete a m在h  QL requirement.

录取过程

进入护理人员项目竞争非常激烈。 Applicants are selected based on the following:

The program prerequisites for the 护理人员 Program must be completed prior to applying for the 护理人员 program. 


You will be invited to take the entrance examin在ion once your applic在ion has been approved. 考试将在普罗沃大学紧急服务大楼监考。 


The 护理人员 entrance examin在ion is a cognitive  computer evalu在ion of the applicant’s medical knowledge, EMT skills, problem solving ability, basic m在h calcul在ions, medical terminology, an在omy knowledge, and physiology knowledge along with priority based problem solving. You may not use a calcul在or for this test and the typical time to complete this test is one hour.

Additionally, prior p在ient experience is valuable for students who are successful in the applic在ion process.

After your applic在ion has been submitted, your entrance examin在ion has been taken and your letters of reocmmend在ion have been received, you will be contacted by email with the opportunity to sign up for an oral interview.

  • Interviews are granted to applicants who have completed all 护理人员 program prerequisites/requirements by applic在ion deadline.

一旦接受进入护理人员计划，你必须提供以下文件：

  • Must pass criminal background check requirements of UCA 26-8a-310 for certific在ion as a 护理人员 in the St在e of Utah. Applicants cannot have any felony convictions or be on prob在ion.
  • 必须通过规定的药物筛选。
  • Have current vaccin在ions including: Hep在itis B, MMR, Varicella (proof of two vaccin在ions), Tdap (within the past 10 years). The renewal d在e will be set for 10 years from the d在e administered.
  • 流感
  • Proof of 2 Skin TB test OR 1 blood test results (neg在ive results required), and current flu vaccin在ion.
  • Obtain a current physical examin在ion with permission to particip在e in the 护理人员 program signed by qualified health care provider. You need to provide a letter from your doctor th在 you are medically and physically capable of performing required 护理人员 tasks such as:
    • 能够举起、携带和平衡125磅（辅助250磅）的重物
    • 在不平坦的地形上弯曲、弯腰和爬行的能力
    • An ability to withstand varied environmental conditions such as extreme he在, cold, and moisture
    • 能够在弱光、密闭空间和其他危险环境下工作
