Educated at Utah State University, 迈克Pientka received his BA degree in Political
Science. He attended Brigham Young University where he earned his Master's degree in
Public Administration in 1991. He recently received his doctorate degree from the
University of Wyoming in Educational Leadership. He began his law enforcement career
with the Utah County Sheriff?1984年。 For the past 37 years he has worked
exclusively in the area of Corrections. He has held such titles as Administrative Sergeant,
Jail SWAT commander, Classification Supervisor, Training Director, Inmate Work
