团队信息

The UVU 紧急医疗服务 (formally ERT) was started in January of 2012 to provide vital 紧急医疗服务 for UVU's main campus. UVU EMS is a state licensed Basic Life Support - Quick Response Provider.  The Team consists of UVU students who hold Utah EMS certifications as an EMT, Advanced EMT, or Paramedic.

The team is an example of engaged learning on campus, founded by students who saw a need on campus. 该团队有两个主要目标：

  • To provide emergent medical services to UVU students, visitors, staff, and faculty on main campus.
  • To provide an avenue in which students can gain real hands-on experience that will prepare them for a job in the 紧急 Service field.
