Each May, UVU faculty participate in a week-long 教师暑期研讨会 designed to explore an ethical issue with renowned visiting scholars. Previous years have included "Ethics, Media & the Public Good," "Intersections of Religion & Science," and "Civility in an Outrage Culture."
The 伦理学研究中心 is a strong supporter of high school and intercollegiate
ethics bowls. UVU students compete in regional and national competitions led by Dr.
Jeffrey Nielsen.
The annual 柯克·恩格尔哈特商业道德奖 honors an individual who demonstrates a continual dedication to ethics through their business practices and community service.
The event is co-sponsored by the 伦理学研究中心 and the Woodbury School of Business.
