If you are wanting to take classes for personal interest or just one or two classes to transfer to another school and have questions, you will need to see the advisor(s) for the department(s) those courses are in. Find the appropriate advisor(s) and schedule an appointment 在这里.

Academic 建议 at 犹他谷大学 is provided by specially trained and qualified professional staff located in each of the eight colleges/schools and the First-Year 建议 Center. Advisors specialize in particular academic disciplines and are committed to providing students with both responsive and proactive support while also empowering them to become self-directed learners and decision makers.

Advisors offer guidance to students, enabling them to discover, plan, pursue, and achieve personal, academic and professional goals. Advisors value and respond to students’ diverse backgrounds, interests, challenges, and abilities, and work with each individual student to design an individualized academic plan.

The advisement community is supported by the 大学咨询办公室 that provides a wide-ranging training and development program, technical resources and advocacy, and a comprehensive assessment plan.
