餐券

Meal vouchers are available for purchase through 餐饮服务 to be used at campus restaurants and food trucks. Vouchers are a great way to give students, faculty, staff, or visitors a meal at UVU as a thank-you or for conferences, competitions, and other events.

请填写并提交以上订购表格，订购餐券。

 

请注意:

  • 膳食券随大学的财政年度而变化。 Vouchers expire on June 30th based on the yearly budget they were purchased during.
  • 代金券不可退款、不可交换、有效期不可延长。
  • 每张代金券的最低金额为$10.00。
  • 每笔订单建议最少购买10张代金券。
  • You will receive an email when your vouchers are ready to be picked up from our office, SC 201.

2024 meal vouchers

客人名单

客人名单 allow departments to pay for group orders in one transaction by charging it to a university index.

如何使用宾客名单：

  1. 在SC 201的餐饮服务办公室拿一份客人名单。
  2. For groups of 5 people or less, fill out the top portion of the guest list and give it to the restaurant.
  3. For groups of 6 to 100 people, fill out the top portion of the guest list and give it to the restaurant at least one day (24 hours) in advance.
  4. The cashier will enter the amount of each meal ordered and take the guest list to be invoiced, providing you with a receipt.

 

请注意:

  • 宾客名单最多只能供100人使用。 Groups of 101 or more must coordinate their meal through 餐饮 Services.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your order, please let the restaurant know as soon as possible so they can plan accordingly.
  • 餐馆可能会或可能不会提供客人名单表在他们的位置。 Please plan ahead and pick up the form from the 餐饮服务 office.
  • There is no digital substitution to the Guest List form, you must use the physical form to order.
