如何修辅修课程：

If you intend to graduate with a minor, you MUST already be declared in that minor and it must be listed in your Wolverine Track prior to applying for graduation. If it is not listed as part of your declared degree, please exit the graduation application and contact the academic advisor in the college of the minor you wish to receive.

双学位vs双学位：

  • A dual degree is when a student has completed two separate degrees and receives two different diplomas. Dual degrees require students to take 30 credit hours beyond their original degree. The 30 credit hours must be courses applying to their second bachelor’s degree graduation requirements that were not be applied to their original degree.
  • 双专业是指学生用两个不同的专业获得一个学位。 Dual major students receive one diploma. Dual majors can be earned when there are not 30 credit hours difference between the two majors. To qualify for a dual major, students must be graduating with both majors at the same time.

实习要求:

UVU提供的所有学位都有实习要求。 This requirement is completely unrelated to Utah state residency and its implications for tuition cost. University residency can be earned by taking any college level courses at 犹他谷大学, including UVU online courses.   • When students are admitted to a program/degree, they are admitted under a specific Catalog Year containing a specific set of requirements. 学生s have a maximum of 7 years (from the start of the Catalog Year) to complete a bachelor’s degree Program; 硕士6年； 5 years for an Associate degree, Diplomas, and Certificates of Completion; 获得熟练证书需4年。 学生s must have attended UVU during the Catalog Year to use those degree requirements towards graduation. AA和AS的区别：

The Associate in Arts degree differs from the Associate in Science Degree in that the Associate in Arts degree requires a minimum of 8 credits to be earned in the same Foreign Language.

学士与学士的区别：

For a Bachelor of Arts degree students must complete 16 credit hours of coursework from one language to include the 1010, 1020, 2010 and 202G levels, or transferred equivalents. 一些ESL课程作业可以用来满足这一要求。 The ESL department may be contacted for specific details. Bachelor of Science degrees do not require additional foreign language.

  • The What If feature allows students to see how their UVU & Transfer courses apply toward a different degree, major, concentration(s), minor(s) and/or catalog year in their 金刚狼。 To use this tool Login to myUVU then click on the Wolverine Track link. Once launched, click on the What If link on the left side of the screen to select different degree, majors,catalog years, etc.

  • 犹他谷大学 offers master’s degrees, bachelor’s degrees, Associate degrees, Diplomas, and Certificates. 学生s are expected to familiarize themselves with the rules and regulations of both the university and their specific majors. Responsibility for satisfying all graduation requirements rests upon the student. 犹他谷大学 reserves the right to change graduation requirements at any time
  • For general information, students should view the “毕业” tab in the current UVU课程目录.
  • For more specific information about an individual degree, students should view their Wolverine Track or schedule an appointment with their academic advisor.
  • In addition to the courses required to earn a degree, graduation requirements may include, but are not limited to: all current semester grades, Incomplete 'I' and Missing 'M' grades, grade changes, challenge/experiential credit, Advanced Placement 'AP' credit, CLEP/DSST credit, required testing, departmental exceptions, other non-UVU (Transfer) credit.

阻碍学生毕业的因素：

完成毕业或学位要求：

  • All students wishing to graduate must complete a graduation application for the semester in which they are finishing their final degree requirements.

以优异成绩毕业：

要获得拉丁文荣誉，学生的总GPA必须达到以下水平：

  • 最优等生（学士3.9+）

  • 优等生（学士3.6+）
  • 高级荣誉（副学士3.8+）
  • 荣誉（副学士3.6+）

文凭:

  • 文凭什么时候寄出？
    1. 学期结束后6-8周寄给毕业生。
    2. 数字文凭：新毕业生可以获得免费的数字文凭。
    3. Ordering diplomas: New graduates will receive one free paper diploma and access to a digital diploma. If a graduate requires a replacement diploma they can order that on the  迈可尔萨特 website.
  • 经济困难将阻碍文凭或成绩单的接收。
