As part of your graduation application, you’ll also select if you want to walk across the stage to receive your diploma holder at your school or college’s convocation. After you’ve applied to graduate, you can ORDER YOUR CAP AND GOWN and get ready to party!
Event Details: 毕业典礼是为所有UVU毕业生举行的 together on graduation day, to celebrate your huge achievement! President and other key note speakers will address the graduating class and congratulate all the graduates on their hard work. UVU’s graduation processional is the event that officially kicks off our commencement ceremonies. You’ll join your classmates in a celebratory walk through the halls of UVU and into the UCCU Center, where you’ll take your seats to “Pomp and Circumstance” before the commencement program begins.

Valedictorians are exemplary students chosen by each college or school for academic accomplishments in both four-year and two-year degrees. Graduates at the associate and bachelor levels are honored from the 卫生与公共服务学院, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, 理学院, Smith College of Engineering and Technology, 艺术学院, 教育学院, and 伍德伯里商学院.

There will be security checks at the commencement ceremony, so we urge guests to plan for a little extra time to make it through these checkpoints.

to administer any medication (i.e., aspirin, ibuprofen). EMTs will call an ambulance
if the situation requires one. If you need an EMT during an event, please speak to
a staff member, and they will locate them.

Special Note: 犹他谷大学 and the UCCU Center reserve the right to inspect all items brought into campus facilities. Guests who refuse to consent to searches will be denied entry into the arena or other parts of campus.
