步骤1：创建IMLeagues帐户

1. Go to www.imleagues.com and click Create Account
2. 输入您的信息，并使用您的学校电子邮件（如果适用的话）（@uvu.edu）提交。
3. 您将收到一封激活电子邮件。 Click the link in the email to login and activate your IMLeagues account.

第二步：报名参加一项运动

• 登录您的IMLeagues帐户。
• Click the Create/Join Team button at the top right of your User Homepage page OR click on the “犹他谷大学” link to go to your school’s homepage on IMLeagues.
• 当前的运动项目将被显示。 点击你想参加的运动。 
• 选择你想参加的联赛。 （Open， Co-Rec等） 
• 选择你想参加的组别。 (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) You can join a sport one of three ways:

创建团队

Team captains can invite members to their team by clicking the “Invite Members” link on the team page. Any invited members must accept the invitation to be joined to your team. 

• 如果他们已经注册了IMLeagues：搜索他们的名字，邀请他们。
• If they haven’t yet registered on IMLeagues: scroll down to the “Invite by Email Address” box and input their email address.

Join a  Team

在IMLeagues上有多种加入团队的方式。 

• 使用每个页面右上角的创建/加入团队按钮。
• 接受队长的请求加入他们的队伍。
• 在分区/联赛页面上找到球队和队长的名字并请求加入。 
• 进入队长的球员卡页面，查看他们的球队，并请求加入。

作为自由球员加入

You can list yourself as a free agent in as many divisions within a league as you’d like. You will be visible to all members of the site and can request to join teams or post information about yourself so teams can request to add you to their team.

步骤3：注册测验

船长: Required to take a quiz on basic intramural policy and sport rules while registering a team for a sport.

参与者: Required to take a 5-question quiz on basic intramural policy before being able to sign up on team roster.
