The 护理学硕士 (MSN) program is developed to prepare graduates of the program opportunities for professional advancement in academia or healthcare settings. Building upon theoretical foundations, students apply teaching/learning techniques, improve leadership capabilities, and develop expertise that can be transferred into countless career options that require master-level nursing education. Although the MSN has an educational focus, it does not limit students to academia. Many students find fulfillment in advancement in their current employment, progression to management positions, and becoming administrators or educators within healthcare institutions.
