弗吉尼亚大学新生在绿色的的住宿体验

新生住房计划的好处

现代生活: Enjoy spacious layouts and private locking bedrooms in a brand new community with luxury amenities including: a resort-style pool, hot tubs, volleyball court, outdoor grills, in-unit washer and dryer and more.

交通便利: UVU offers free UTA transportation to students, making it easy for students to get around town and access shopping, food, and entertainment options without needing  a car. 此外，格林酒店还提供免费停车场。

                                                 Who is Eligible to live in 的 UVU 大一新生 住房?

申请者必须:

-被UVU录取并注册UVU课程  

-年龄在18-24岁之间 

- 30学分或以下（不包括前UVU在校学生）

-在弗吉尼亚大学学生权利和问责办公室有良好的信誉  

-与绿色的签订住房合同

常见问题

我如何注册？ 

  • 要注册，您需要联系并签署您和绿色的之间的合同。 Visit 格林的网站 and select "新生的经验" to receive more information and start an application. Once your application at 绿色的 has been confirmed, your name 将 sent to UVU to confirm eligibility for 的 新生住宿计划.

合同是谁签订的？

费用是多少？ 

  • 费用因楼层而异。 For specific pricing information, please visit 格林的网站. There are several contract options available in Building 3 and 5, which are designated for UVU 大一新生 住房 at 绿色的. For more details on contract options, please visit 格林的网站

我需要一个饮食计划吗？ 

  • 不，学生不需要膳食计划，因为所有的公寓都有一个完整的厨房。 This allows students to prepare 的ir own meals according to 的ir preferences and dietary needs.

什么是rcl ？ 

  • RCL stands for 住宅社区领袖. RCLs are UVU学生 who live at nearby housing complexes and host engaging events and activities to encourage student involvement in social, educational, service, leadership, and recreational opportunities, fostering 一次真实的校园生活体验。 There are 6 RCL students dedicated to hosting events specifically for students in 的 大一新生 住房 Experience. RCL students also act as a resource support system for 的ir peers by:

    • 将学生与校园资源联系起来，确保每个学生都能取得成功
     
如果我需要卖掉我的租约怎么办？
  • If you need to sell your lease in 的 新生住宿计划, you will need to 把租约发到网上 to find a qualified student to transfer your lease to. This process ensures that 的 new tenant meets 的 eligibility requirements to live in 的 dedicated 大一新生 住房 建筑. Please be aware that a lease transfer fee is associated with this process. For more information and assistance with 的 lease transfer process, please contact 绿色的.
我如何选择室友？
  • 学生s who would like to select roommates to live with 可以 do so at 的 time of application in 的 roommate selection portion of 的 application. All prospective roommates must qualify to live in 大一新生 housing in order to be placed toge的r.
  • 学生s 可以 utilize 的 寻找室友工具 to seek out similar students to room with. This tool helps match students based on lifestyle preferences, interests, and habits to find compatible roommates
  • If you don't have a preferred roommate, you 可以 opt for 的 roommate matching process, where 绿色的 will match you with a roommate based on lifestyle preferences and interests. Please note that while  best efforts are made to accommodate all roommate requests, it is not guaranteed that all requests 将 fulfilled due to availability and o的r factors.
如果我未满18岁呢？

学生s must be between 的 ages of 18-24 to be admitted into 的 大一新生 住房 Program. 学生s under 的 age of 18 可以 still live in o的r 建筑 at 绿色的.

我必须是学生吗？

To apply for 的 大一新生 住房 Experience, you must be a currently enrolled UVU student taking at least one course. Please note that LDS Institute classes do not count as UVU courses and 的refore do not qualify
