一般的指导方针

To ensure signage on campus maintains a professional appearance, please adhere to the guidelines below:

  • Signage should contain the contact information and department logo for the sponsoring department. 这将有助于观众了解谁对该标识负责。
  • 使用最新的、市场认可的部门标志。 Old or outdated logos will not be approved and will cause the submission to be rejected.
  • Copyrighted content cannot be displayed on UVU's digital signage without the appropriate release from the content owner.
  • 指示牌必须在预定开始日期前至少3天提交。 Submit time-sensitive content as early as possible.
  • 校园标牌在流通14天后失效。 When submitting content through PlaySignage, please set the start and end dates for campus-wide content no more than 14 days apart.
  • Signage must be submitted at specific resolutions to ensure the best appearance on digital signage. 具体要求请参见下面的指导方针。

每个横幅由三个无边框的1920 x 1080电视组成。

横幅应该包含尽可能少的文字。  Special care should be taken to ensure that dates, times, and locations of events are clearly written and sized appropriately.
